FAQs
Each journey is entirely bespoke, so pricing depends on your preferences, travel dates, group size, and level of service. We work exclusively with 4- and 5-star hotels, boutique properties, and curated experiences tailored to your interests. Once we understand your vision, we will craft a personalized proposal with transparent pricing.
Our team is fluent in English, Italian, Croatian, and Spanish.
We take care of absolutely everything, except international flights and travel insurance, which you would handle directly. From the moment you land in Italy or any other destination, we have got you fully covered.
Document requirements depend on your country of residence and your chosen destinations. For U.S. travelers visiting Italy, a valid passport is required with at least 6 months’ validity beyond your return date.
Starting Q4 2026 the EU will require EES and ETIAS. More information on the official EU website:

We recommend confirming your trip at least 6 months in advance to ensure optimal availability of top-tier accommodations and exclusive experiences. Planning two to three months in advance is still feasible, though options may be more limited.
We also accept last minute requests but recommend not to wait until the last moment, unless it is an emergency.
That’s completely fine, and quite common. Based on your preferences, past travels, and desired pace, we will recommend destinations and experiences that align with your interests. Everything we do is built around you.
Our process begins with a personal call to get to know you and understand your travel vision. From there, we ask curated questions to capture your tastes, needs, and expectations. We will then present a preliminary itinerary for your review. Based on your feedback, we refine the proposal with a quotation until it feels just right, only then you can pay the deposit to get the trip confirmed.
You are welcome to request up to three refinements, if needed, during the planning phase. While we are highly flexible, significant changes to the structure of the trip are best made before the initial itinerary is approved. Once the preliminary plan is confirmed, we recommend avoiding major structural changes as this could impact the smooth execution of the tour.
